Very pleased with the work and the product. Arnold came to our house the first week of Dec 2017. He was right on time. He measured the windows and gave us a price. I had no idea what to expect price-wise, so I thought the price was a little high when I first heard the price, but in the end it was all worth it. Unfortunately he said it would probably take 2 to 3 weeks for the order to come in which meant not in time for Christmas. Much to our surprise, we got a phone call a few days before Christmas saying that the shutters were in. We scheduled installation for 12/21. The installers were on time and very professional. We are very pleased. This is actually the second time we have used them. The first time was just as successful.

From start to finish Blinds 4 U was great. We received a reply within MINUTES of contacting them via email and set up an appointment to have them come to the house and discuss our needs and take measurements. When they came to the house Arnold gave some great suggestions (but did not put any pressure on us to follow those suggestions) that turned out looking great and was much better than what we had in mind. The price was better than some of the other places we looked at and we hired them on the spot. The blinds did take 3 weeks to come in (since they were custom made to our order) but as soon as they came in they contacted us and set up a time that week to have them installed. Everyone we dealt with was prompt, professional and very personable and were a pleasure to work with. We will hire them again in a heartbeat if/when we decide to have other windows done.

Very straight forward on getting the windows measured and a price quote. Was impressed that instead of up-selling to more expensive blinds we were told for several of our choices that the cheaper faux wood blinds would be an equally good choice. We went ahead with the quote. We were told that since the blinds were custom made to ensure a good fit they would be available in 2-3 weeks time. We received a call two weeks later to set up a time for installation. They were installed in about 90 minutes – no mistakes, cleanly done. Very impressed with the whole experience and the quality of the binds. Will certainly use Blinds 4 U again when we want to upgrade the remaining blinds in our house.

I just had 18 customs blinds installed at my house this week, less than two weeks after giving Blinds 4 U a call! I think I called on a Friday, Howard came out to measure the following Tuesday, and he estimated installation would be 2-2.5 weeks. Well, a slot in the installation schedule opened up, and I ended up getting them installed just 9 days after the measurements were taken. That’s some good service! The whole process was smooth, no issues at all. The blinds look great, function great, fit perfectly and were installed well! I was really pleased with the experience, and even more so that I was able to support a local business rather than some nationwide operation. Not only is Howard’s business based here, but the actual blinds themselves are manufactured in the Philadelphia area (he also offers name-brand options and a nice variety of treatments). If you’re in the market for window treatments, give them a call…I think you’ll be happy you did!

Great! The owner was very professional and the quote came back about $1000 less than a competitor. He thought of extra things like putting the cords on the same side when the blinds were located in awkward places, like over the tub, and above the kitchen sink. A pleasant surprise was that the valance that comes above the blinds is nicer than the ones that we would have purchased at Lowes had we done it on our own. Installation was so quick- the installer did in a couple hours what it would have taken us YEARS to do- really! I highly recommend.
